The mayor of Woburn Sands presents Jane Roberts with her first place award for 2010. The Judge, Bryn Pugh of the NSALG, said: “These are four of the best plots he had seen. There are well planned and their upkeep is excellent. There was a considerable variety of vegetable, fruit and flowers including some unusual plants being grown”.
The plot judging was carried out by Bryn Pugh who is the legal advisor to the National Society of Allotment and Leisure Gardeners. He was accompanied by his wife Erica.
